The best way to treat an injury is to not end up with one in the first place! Our goal, especially with athletes, is to address the whole body so that injuries are less likely, and to address not only the effect, but also the CAUSE when an injury does arise. We are careful to assess the biomechanics of your body, starting with your spine as this is the foundation of all of your functions. We will make sure your spine and other joints are in proper alignment, creating proper biomechanics which will lessen the likelihood of injury. We are also passionate to help give tips, stretches, and exercises to get and keep your body functioning and moving properly!
