We're Hiring: Chiropractic Assistant + Marketing Coordinator
Be the heartbeat of our office and the strategist behind our message.At Chernichky Family Chiropractic, we serve growing families through prenatal, pediatric, and wellness care — and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, personable Chiropractic Assistant who can confidently manage day-to-day office tasks while also helping expand our reach through a thoughtful, consistent social media presence.
This is not your average front desk role — we’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, takes initiative, and is eager to help grow a local practice. You'll be the first face our patients see, the calm in a busy moment, and the person ensuring our message of wellness reaches even more families.

Is organized, reliable, and accountable
Communicates clearly and professionally (both in-person, over the phone, and online)
Has excellent time management and can prioritize tasks with ease
Understands how to reach business goals through marketing (or is eager to learn)
Is confident using (or learning) tools like Canva, Instagram, Google Workspace, etc.
Can bring ideas to the table and follow through with bringing those ideas to fruition
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, yet remains calm under pressure
Has a strong work ethic and a “we over me” attitude
Appreciates family-centered, holistic healthcare and wants to be part of a mission-driven team

Providing an exceptional, reliable front desk experience (greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling, collecting payments)
Managing patient accounts and maintaining accurate records
Supporting and executing marketing initiatives (social media, email newsletters, print materials, events, etc.)
Capturing and creating consistent, family-friendly brand-aligned content
Coordinating occasional events and community outreach opportunities with our office team
Contributing to team success by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems

Monday – Thursday: 8am–12pm & 2pm–6pm
(Some additional hours for events, meetings, or projects with advance notice.)
*We will consider part time employment as well! We are more interested in having the right person over filling a full-time position!
