GIVE YOUR BODY WHAT IT NEEDS
Lots of great nutrition, sleep, and exercise (as approved by your provider). These things will encourage healthy changes in your nervous system,
removing the negative stress and replacing it with the things it needs and wants!
STICK TO YOUR CARE PLAN
We get that coming multiple times a week may not have been the quick fix you were hoping for.
But we promise that we would never recommend to you what we wouldn’t recommend to our own family members.
Sticking to your care plan will give you the best opportunity to reach your goals in a timely manner!
FOLLOW UP WITH HOME CARE
If we make any specific recommendations like stretches/exercises, posture/ergonomics, supplements, etc. we do so for an important reason!
Patients who follow through with the home care recommendations make MUCH better progress than those who don’t.

Absolutely! If you use the link in your reminder text or email, it will take you to our online booking system (Jane App).
NOTE: If there is less than 4 hours until your appointment, Jane locks that appointment, and you’ll have to call or text us in order to change it.

BIG TIME YES!
Caring for whole families is one of our priorities at CFC. Three big discounts you’ll get if your immediate family begins care:
1. Their new patient exam will be discounted down to only $50! (That’s a savings of $100!)
2. When they choose to begin their care plan, there will be a “second family member” discount (or third or fourth…) which makes the cost of each adjustment more affordable the more people you have on your plan.
3. When you guys choose to continue on for wellness care, there is a significant discount per adjustment the more family members that are on the plan. -
