YOU HAVE A PROGRESS EXAM COMING UP SOON.
HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT:

At the start of your next appointment, we’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire that helps us understand how you’ve been progressing, in your own words.
It is helpful for you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for this!
Please also allow 10-15 extra minutes for the scan itself. If this will be a problem for your currently scheduled time, please let us know so we can find a more appropriate time.

PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND ON THE DAY OF YOUR SCAN TO ENSURE WE ARE ABLE TO COLLECT AN ACCURATE SCAN:

We encourage you to allow plenty of time to get here. If you arrive feeling rushed, it may negatively impact the results of your scan.
Allow at least 3 hours of rest between exercise or intense physical activity before the start of your scan.
Limit caffeine intake (coffee, tea, soft drinks) at least 3 hours prior to your scan.
Limit nicotine and non-prescription drugs prior to your appointment.

  • Visit Dr. Kimmie’s adjusting room to see a great selection of books, DVDs, and other resources to help you on your family’s health journey!
    Just let a team member know what you’re borrowing so they can keep track, and you can bring it back whenever you’re done!

  • Take what you need, leave what you don’t. A space to pass along to other CFC moms what may help them in their journey, and also be able to see what you and your family may need!

  • We are a delivery site for C&F Farms, a local family-owned grass-fed and pastured beef, pork, and chicken farm. Simply choose our office as your pick up point, which will save you $ on shipping, and you’ll just have to pick your order up at your next appointment with us!

  • Keep an eye out for announcements on our social media and our announcement board for upcoming educational and community connection events! We are always working to serve our patients beyond their adjustment.
